2010 The 2nd International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Science (ITCS2010) is an international forum for researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to present current results and original research in the context of Information Technolgy and Computer Science. ITCS2010 was organized by National Technical University of Ukraine, and sponsored by Huazhong University of Science and Technology,Ternopil National Economic University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Hubei University of Technology,Research Association of Modern Education and Computer Science.The conference will be held in Kiev, Ukraine. ITCS2010 Proceedings will be published by IEEE Computer Society's CPS, all papers accepted will be included in IEEE Xplore, and arrange for indexing through IEE INSPEC, EI(Compendex) and Thomson ISI.The best papers presented at the conference will be selected for publications in some International Journals which are indexed by SCI or EI.
