2011 The 3rd International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Science (ITCS2011) is an international forum for researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to present current results and original research in the context of Information Technolgy and Computer Science. ITCS2011 was organized by Huangshi Institute of Technology, and sponsored by Huazhong University of Science and Technology,National Technical University of Ukraine, Harbin Institute of Technology, Wuhan University,Research Association of Modern Education and Computer Science.The conference will be held in Huangshi, China. ITCS2011 Proceedings will be published by ASME Press, and all accepted papers will be included in ASME Digital Library and indexed by Ei Compendex and/or ISTP. The best papers presented at the conference will be selected for publications in some International Journals which are indexed by SCI or EI.
